We ship all North American orders from Toronto, Ontario, with local pickup available for Ontario customers. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Free shipping is offered on North American orders over $89 CAD, and we provide discounted flat-rate options for smaller orders. For international customers, we offer affordable flat-rate global shipping, so you never pay full freight costs. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not the perfect fit, we offer 30-day hassle-free exchanges and returns. One free exchange is included per order, and returns are simple through our online portal. Items must be unused and in original condition. Final-sale and customized items are not eligible.

For international customers, we accept returns within 30 days — you’ll just need to ship items back with your preferred carrier. Refunds are processed once your return is received.
