Shipping policy

All North American orders ship from Toronto, Ontario.

For your convenience, we offer a local pick up option. Ontario customers can opt for local pickup at our Toronto warehouse. Schedule a pickup time, please contact us.

For body kits installation: Our modification workshop is also located in Toronto, Ontario, we provide professional installation services for carbon fiber auto upgrades and offer discounted rates — contact us for a customized quote.

Warehouse and workshop operational hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 PM - 4:00 PM 

Items in stock will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Monday through Friday from our facility in the Canada excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed after 8 am EST on a weekday, it will be shipped the following business day. For orders placed after 8 am EST on a Friday, shipment will likely occur on the next Monday after the weekend, excluding holidays. Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.

During the year-end holiday season, processing and shipping times may require an additional 3 to 7 days beyond the standard timeframes outlined in our policies. Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details sent to the email provided during checkout.

Standard Shipping Options:

Standard (5-7 Business Days) for orders over $80: FREE

Standard (5-7 Business Days) for orders under $80: $6.95 CAD

Expedited Shipping Options:

Express (3-4 Business Days): $15 CAD

Rush (2-3 Business Days): $30 CAD

Next Day (1 Business Day): $45 CAD

 

International Door-To-Door Shipping

Standard Shipping Options:

Standard (5-17 Business Days) for orders over $80: FREE

Standard (5-17 Business Days) for orders under $80: $9.95 CAD

Expedited Shipping Options:

Express (3-7 Business Days): Prices range from $30 to $100, depending on your location. Accurate prices will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that we only use the best shipping methods for delivery which is door-to-door. Any duties and taxes due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery typically takes: 

• CANADA: 2-5 business days with standard shipping. Ontario customers can opt for local pickup at our Toronto warehouse.

• USA: 3-7 business days. we ship directly from Toronto to you, and customs fees may apply.

If your item isn't in stock at our Toronto warehouse, orders can be expedited from our factory. Additional charges may apply-email us at sales@carbonloom.ca for a quote and timeline. Tracking is provided once your order ships!
