Shipping
All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario. We offer free shipping on North American orders over $59 CAD, with discounted flat-rate options for smaller orders. U.S. and Canadian deliveries typically take 2–7 business days, while international orders are shipped at reduced flat rates with door-to-door delivery (duties and taxes may apply). Local pickup at our Toronto warehouse and professional body kit installation are also available. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If your item isn't in stock at our Toronto warehouse, orders can be expedited from our factory. Additional charges may apply-email us at sales@carbonloom.ca for a quote and timeline.

Track my order
After your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Be sure to check your spam inbox if you can't locate it. If you're still having trouble please use our order tracker here Track your order or contact us.
Returns
We offer 30-day hassle-free exchanges and returns. Enjoy one free exchange per order (unused items, original condition/packaging). For returns, domestic customers can generate a prepaid return label through our portal (postage deducted from refund), while international customers arrange their own return shipping. Final-sale, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit if selected) within 10 business days after we receive and verify your return. Damaged or defective items qualify for a free exchange.

Cancel my order
Orders that have not shipped & are not custom orders can be cancelled with no additional charges. Orders that have been shipped/in transit will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee & will require to be shipped back to our warehouse at the customers expense.
Change my order
An order can only be changed if the order has not been shipped out & is not an made-to order item. Cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
How can I tell if an item is in stock?
If your item is out of stock, there will an back order message under the product description with an ETA posted. If no eta notice is posted, the item on backorder with no eta. Orders can still be placed while on back order to hold your place in queue. (Not applicable to intl. orders) Email us at sales@carbonloom.ca if you have further inquiries.
Installation
Professional installation required for select carbon fiber bodykits upgrades. We strongly recommend having them installed at a certified auto shop to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Ontario customers: Visit our auto shop in Toronto for expert installation services by our certified technicians. Contact us.
Tariffs
• Canada Customers: Choose to pickup your order at our Toronto, Ontario warehouse or have it delivered via local courier- no extra fees either way
• United States Customers: Orders may ship from Toronto, so you could be subject to customs fees depending on your location.
• International Customers: Orders are typically sent directly from our factory in China and are valued much lower, so customs fees stay minimal.
• All Customers: Carbon Loom is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes beyond our listed prices and shipping costs. Check with your local customs office for specifics if you're unsure.
Warranty
We offer a one year standard warranty on all products to the original purchasee. Our warranty covers any manufacture defects which includes fading and clear coat failure. Damage due to installation error or natural elements will not be covered. The item will have to be shipped back to our warehouse by the customer if deemed warrantable. International Customers
What shipping options do I have?
If you are located outside of North America, your order will be shipped from our international warehouse. All international orders for small items i.e Canards and Spoilers will ship express (7-10 days). Larger items such as Front lips & Diffusers will ship via standard air (10-12 days). If you require the item urgently we can also ship from our Canadian/US warehouse, additional shipping charges will apply.
Do I have to pay custom fee’s?
Customers are responsible for any custom fee's imposed by their countries law. Orders shipped from our overseas warehouse are always marked down when shipping from our international location.
How can I tell my item is in stock?
Our inventory count is only applicable for customers located in North America. Orders outside of North America will require upto 7-15 business days for production. You will receive an email if there are any delays past our standard time for production. Please email us at sales@carbonloom.ca if you require specific dates.
Do you offer a TUV/Materials certificate ?
Carbon Imports is currently working on obtaining TUV/Materials Certificate for customers in select countries. We have and are still able to ship to customers in countries that require TUV. Carbon Imports will not be responsible for any fines due to not having a TUV certificate
I received my item but it is damaged
Customers are strongly encouraged to open all items as soon as they are received to thoroughly inspect for any shipping-related damages. Damages due to mishandling by customers or installers are not covered and Carbon Loom will not be responsible for any return or exchange accordingly. If you have received an damaged item please email us immediately & we will have it corrected. Any damages must be reported to Carbon Loom within 5 business days of receiving the item in order to open a claim.
